We have space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is no street parking allowed by county ordinance, 

You will be invoiced separately for the security deposit. We will refund the full amount within 7 days less any costs for damages. 

Our Property Manager will meet you upon your arrival to give you your personal door code, go over the rental agreement, verify ID and CC used to pay, and walk you through the cabin. Only the person who signed the rental agreement may check in, no 3rd party check ins are allowed. 

We have a full coffee/tea bar with all the fixings, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and french press

We allow up to 6 adults and 2 or more children for a maximum of 8 total

We have a stainless steel propane BBQ on the kitchen deck. Due to fire hazards charcoal is banned on the mountain. 

While we make the house as safe as possible for children. However, the house is not childproof and we do not supply safety equipment. 

We are a PET FREE home due to family allergies.  T

Events, gatherings, parties, meetings, etc. are now banned at rentals by county ordinance. 

No smoking is allowed inside the cabin this includes; tobacco, vaping, e-cigs, and marijuana.   

We have a great place to set up your laptop with a wonderful view, a 80s arcade game cocktail table, appletv with many apps

We are Mark and Suzie and we met many years ago in high school. Suzie is a busy healthcare professional and Mark is a medic for the film studios in Hollywood. We have been going to Big Bear since we  were young adults and absolutely love it there. Our children grew up going to the mountains and now our grand daughter is experiencing the joy of being in the mountains. We love the peacefulness and the wildlife that surrounds our mountain home. There is nothing like the family gathered for a summer's barbecue or being together by the fireplace, playing board games on a winter's night. Big Bear is all about making family memories.
