Our Property Manager will meet you upon your arrival to give you your personal door code, go over the rental agreement, verify ID and CC used to pay, and walk you through the cabin. Only the person who signed the rental agreement may check in, no 3rd party check ins are allowed.
No events allowed
Events, gatherings, parties, meetings, etc. are now banned at rentals by county ordinance.
No Pets
We are a PET FREE home due to family allergies. T
No smoking allowed
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin this includes; tobacco, vaping, e-cigs, and marijuana.

House Rules

-Must be 25 years or older to rent
-Sign our Rental Agreement
-Complete Guest vehicle list as required by SB County Code
-Provided a copy of government issued ID showing home address(Number may be blacked out)
-We are a PET-FREE home, due to family allergies we do not allow any kind of animals into our home. This includes Service/Emotional Support animals.
-Late check in (9-11pm) is available for an additional charge

Payment Policy

We accept checks 14 days prior to arrival. We accept most major credit cards and we use Stripe as our processor. Credit card information is stored securely on Stripe's system that is PCI compliant.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Non-Holiday: Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a charge of the then one nights standard rental fee plus a $50 cancellation fee or one half the rental fee, whichever is greater.

Holiday reservations or reservations for 4 days or more (long term) that are cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Holiday or long term reservations cancelled less than 30 prior to date of arrival are subject to a fee of up to the full amount of the rental for the reservation.

In the event of a late cancellation for any reservation, if we are able to book another guest for the same dates, we will provide a full refund less any shortfall in rental fees from the replacement reservation(s) and any expenses incurred.
In the event that the property becomes uninhabitable due to an act of nature (i.g. flooding, fire, plumbing failure) Lessee shall be entitled to a full refund of monies paid to property owner. Lessee agrees to hold property owner harmless for any and all costs above the amount paid to property owner for loss of travel, additional expenses incurred for travel expenses and/or replacement property, or any other expenses related to the loss of use of this property.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events that could alter their travel plans.
